I'd give ten stars if that were an option. We've been using this outfit for over 20 years, and the service and FAIRNESS that they provide are awesome. If you live within 50 miles of this shop you'd be wise to take your vacuum/sewing needs here.

Whether it's been to buy my vacuums (I have only had to buy two...)get them serviced, buy bags or belts. The customer service has always been outstanding and David Mitchell really knows his stuff. I have received the absolute best service from Tom and his staff over the years. Tom has fixed several sewing machines for my Mom and me, and recently told me that my current machine is one of the best suited for the kind of sewing that I now wan to do. I was pleasantly surprised that he was so honest when he had an opportunity for a new sale. We've had our Singer, Necchi, and Pfaff sewing machines in for repair and our Dyson vacuum cleaner. All were quickly serviced, worked like new, and repairs were priced competitively. Tom is very passionate about his work and provides exemplary customer service. I feel like part of the family.
