Michael is the best! Five stars all day. I walked in with an 8-string and a pickup install that I’d thoroughly mangled, and he turned it around brilliantly. It sounds fantastic now, and he made everything look neat and polished, which was not part of the original disaster. Lovely guy, top-notch craftsmanship, and you can tell he really cares. Couldn’t be happier.

I visited today because my mandolin’s E string wasn’t producing a clear sound. He was incredibly kind and took the time to carefully check my instrument. He explained clearly why the issue was happening and gave me very helpful advice on proper instrument care and storage. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend!
