Stay away!!! Had 4 batteries changed. 2 were melted. Replaced 4 new batteries. Remind you my truck still has power before installation. Just wouldn’t turn over in cold, not enough power. Problems resulted during installation of new batteries mechanic didn’t turn off APU, he shorted out my def pump, Qualcomm, security entry pad to truck, cracked my plastic coolant lines to def coolant lines above battery. Literally witnessed the mechanic spark my batteries during installation and jam the battery cover to make fit, eventually reworked wires to fit inside the cover. Coolant was a slow leak didn’t notice until following day when I started to receive low coolant warnings. $5000 in damages that he states was caused by acid leak from battery, acid drips down not up which easily seen in picture. No signs of acid leak above battery as seen in picture. Luckily I had extended warranty for def pump, but refusing to pay for coolant leak his mechanic caused. Makes no sense, classless company that points the fingers elsewhere. Had opportunity to make right, choose not too. I’d look for alternate road service company in area.
