Probably the very best family owned business in all of Spokane! The people are heart felt kind and thoughtful! Doesn’t mater how long it has been since you have done business with them they remember you and ask about your kids and they just care about you! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Had my windshield replaced at Northwest Auto Glass and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, the service was fast, and the workmanship was top-notch. They took great care of my vehicle and had everything done on time. Highly recommend them for quality auto glass service!
The Receptionist, Alla , was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered immediate assistance. The Technician, Eric, was awesome. My window looks great and works perfectly. He noticed another issue with my car which he happily gave me help with. It is a truly wonderful experience to recieve such great customer service and care from a business in this day and age. I am very happy and grateful.
Just had a great experience at NW Auto! Called several companies today trying to get a replacement windshield. Most places were 1 to 2 weeks out. NW Auto had no trouble working us in the same day we called. From the time I walked in the door, they were polite and professional. Their waiting area was clean and spacious enough for several folks to wait. The friendly and professional staff really set me at ease from the start. I would highly recommend the location on Francis Ave in Spokane, WA!
