took my car to Louise’s Transmission and it was the biggest mistake ever. They promised me a “full rebuild” and a “lifetime warranty.” Louise herself looked me in the eye and said, “We’ll take care of you, no surprises.” Well, that was a straight-up lie. First off, they charged me way less than any other shop, which should’ve been a red flag. A week later my car was driving worse than before — slipping gears, jerking every time I hit the gas. I called them nonstop, no answer. The “warranty line” goes straight to voicemail.
