Louie's Automotive and Transmission

took my car to Louise’s Transmission and it was the biggest mistake ever. They promised me a “full rebuild” and a “lifetime warranty.” Louise herself looked me in the eye and said, “We’ll take care of you, no surprises.” Well, that was a straight-up lie. First off, they charged me way less than any other shop, which should’ve been a red flag. A week later my car was driving worse than before — slipping gears, jerking every time I hit the gas. I called them nonstop, no answer. The “warranty line” goes straight to voicemail. When I went back to the shop, the sign on the building was already changed and Louise was gone like she never existed. Turns out they threw in some cheap knock-off parts instead of real transmission parts. My new mechanic showed me — it was garbage. Basically, they scammed me and a bunch of other people in the neighborhood the same exact way. Same fake receipts, same “warranty” that covered nothing. Bottom line: Louise’s Transmission is a scam. They take your money, do a half-baked job with trash parts, and then vanish before you even realize what happened
