My experience with Northeast Florida Contractors was, how can I put it? PERFECT! From start to finish! Called them and they were out to evaluate the job and had it completed the next day just like they said they would do. Technicians were very nice and did a great job. Thank you Northeast Florida Contractors for a job well done!
Duane had impeccable skills and took time and attention to correct a very flawed plumbing flange. he gave excellent customer service and explained everything in detail that he was completing his finishing work was impeccable. He left everything sparkling, clean. I would highly recommend this company.
So that warranty plan finally paid off. JEA said I was using too much water. I looked all over the house and found no leaks. I eventually found the leak outside. The water heater died and was leaking into the pan that had a great outlet. I reported to AHS. I almost replaced it myself for $399 until I realized I paid $600+ a year for the service. I took advantage. This company showed up and agreed the water heater was done. They mentioned a required alteration. It wasn’t covered by the warranty. $700? Fine, It has to be some intricate replacement of piping. I’ll pay. No it isn’t. It’s the absolute most basic job the national average is $235. High end was $450. Install an head tank. Avoid this company at all cost. If Natasha tells you she doesn’t know anything about plumbing she actually is in charge of plumbing. This company will change their name in 3 months. They will accept the Warranty company’s fee to install the included relief valve then charge you $40. The highest cost was the $250 for the cut off valve. It’s the same valve that was leaking and most of the piping! The first photo was from a review. The rest are what they did to my house.
