I’m very happy with the service I received from Fenwick today. We had a leaking spigot, and they had someone out within 24 hours to fix it. The technician arrived during the scheduled window, and I appreciated receiving a text beforehand with his name and photo so I knew who to expect. Brendan cleaned up the area well afterward and was very friendly throughout the process.
I contacted Fenwick to unclog my shower drain. Cody came but after many attempts was not able to clear. He requested his manager Craig R. to come and give his assessment. Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. I would definitely recommend company to others.
The Technician Cody arrived on time and worked thoroughly to figure out my issue. He then did an excellent job explaining what was causing the problem and next steps for resolving it. He worked quickly and efficiently to get everything back in working order. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best technicians we have had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended!
Fadi was great! Knowledgeable & thorough, took his time and made sure everything was not just good but flawless. Explained all the possible work solutions so we could pick what fit us and was within Fenwick policy. I’d highly recommend for plumbing repairs. Excited to have our pool bath back!
