Mark is a real car guy and knows his trade. I appreciate his explanation of problems and recommendations. And where else can you bring your own oil / filter, and they will use it in their oil change? Mark answered the phone each time I called, helping me with everything from setting up the appointment to explaining the work being done. I knew some of the repairs for my 2017 Subaru would be costly, and Mark was very helpful in decision-making and prioritizing aspects of the work.
