I have used Bartels a few different times in the past year and feel like it would be hard to take my car anywhere else at this point. I had pretty much given up on ever getting good customer service at any car repair center until trying Bartel's Auto clinic. They have restored my faith in getting my cars serviced. They're thorough, honest, and straight to the point. They do a great job, after inspecting your car, giving you a detailed explanation as well as video tutorial to show you where the issues are. I'm not sure who does the video tutorials here, but they are absolutely professional and just do a great job explaining what's going on.... I have used Bartels a few different times in the past year and feel like it would be hard to take my car anywhere else at this point. Their prices do not seem the cheapest but they are not the most expensive option either. Every single person that I have talked to at this service center has been helpful. They don't just pass it along, they truly follow through and are helpful even if your car isn't on their docket. This place is ran so well and professionally, it is absolutely a breath of fresh air working with this company.

I needed to get my headlight fixed/replaced....I'd never been to Bartel's before, but it was nearby. I called and they said to bring it in. I showed up, and within 5 minutes they not only fixed it, they didn't charge me a dime. There were other customers as well, so it's not like they had nothing else going on...they just knocked it out. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I actually enjoyed being there. They now have a new customer anytime I need any work done on my car. Thanks guys!

Came in one morning, no appointment or call ahead, because I started my car and the engine was violently shaking. Didn’t have a choice to go anywhere since they were the closest ones, and boy am I glad I drove here. Had a great time. Super respectful, OVERLY communicative (in the absolute best way, I never felt in the dark about anything), and very attentive. Will be going back to them for anything from questions to oil changes to engine troubles, because they were very trustworthy and upfront about anything from the cost to the services they recommend to future plans for the vehicle. Not a ton of rental cars and they are typically on a waitlist as well, so if you need one, make sure to have some kind of backup plan if not available (just in case)!
