Very professional. Very thorough. Maurice was great to work with and his employees all were very polite and very conceientious. The cleaned up at the end of every workday. The screened in porch the built for us is quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our first project with Silverback Construction was a screen porch on the back of our house. We worked through lots of ideas and changes. Maurice and crew were great. We ended up with exactly what we wanted. Quality work, attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. Recently our home was struck by lightning. One call to Maurice and crew and we knew we were in good hands. They inspected the house from top to bottom, identified our issues and completed repairs. Wow. Maurice and his crew did amazing work at a fair price. Our kitchen was the original design from the 1970’s, and badly in need of an upgrade. His crew completely gutted the space including the ceiling. They worked fast and efficiently, making our kitchen better than what we imagined. I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking to remodel or add to your home.
I own multiple rental properties and have used many different contractors to work on my houses over the years. I have never worked with a more professional, attentive, and genuine contractor in all my years. There are fewer things more valuable than having a team of professionals working in your house that you can trust and do amazing top notch work. Maurice and his team were great! They provided quality, timely service from start to finish. From first providing information and advice through the quote process, to being responsive and available for discussion while work is on-going - I truly have no complaints. I appreciated their work so much for the first project that I had to hire them again for another job! I highly recommend contacting this company for any projects you may have in the future. Follow up edit: Second project now complete and I’m still incredibly pleased with the quality of work provided. I love coming home and seeing how beautiful my house looks. With the siding redone, a front porch remodel and a new fence - this property has had a much needed face lift.
