We have been using Beaufort Air since moving into our house in 2024. We purchased the yearly maintenance contract and are very happy with it. The same Tech comes and he is great. He is friendly , professional and always respectful.
Both Ben and Emanuel were excellent. The install went well and along with Matt, this team showed professionalism and follow-up. Our Carrier system is working well and I recommend them.
No heat since last night. Called Beaufort Air at 8 am this morning (Thursday) and technician Chris was here by 11. Very much appreciated! Need new parts so hopefully can be repaired tomorrow. Update: the parts arrived the next day (Friday) and Chris installed them the same day, just in time before the snow and freezing temps.
