I called Niccoli Energy for a non-emergency service and two technicians were at my house just over an hour later. Rob C and Kyle were fabulous. They were knowledgeable and showed me with photographs what the problems were with my oil burner. The problem was quickly fixed, suggestions given and they left the area spotless. I am thrilled with their service! Thank you Kyle and Rob!
It was a pleasure to Watch a real oil technician at work. Scott is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He worked very fast. ThoroughlyDidn’t leave a mess and waited till the Boiler ran for a while. Shut it off and did it again and then Took all the debris with him and left the way it was when he came Great to see there’s still guys out there that care about their work and their company highly recommend him and niccoli Brothers to anyone looking for a good Oil company
Scott and Doug come to my home to change my old furnace to the new furnace from Niccoli Energy from Brockton. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional,very polite,very efficient, and they picked up and cleaned everything.after putting the furnace together, I would recommend Scott and Doug anytime. I would also recommend going to Niccoli Brothers Oil in Brockton, Mass for your heating and cooling issues they are very professional and polite and very easy to deal and take too, Thank you, Sharon Fontes
I had my boiler serviced recently, and the experience was excellent. Rob did a great job from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what was done, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would highly recommend this service, especially if you get Rob.
Niccoli has always provided staff with excellent service skills. The customer service skills included. Rob Carroll did an annual furnace cleaning for me today and what a great guy! Rob was very knowledgeable about the job and was a pleasure to talk with today. I am forever grateful to Niccoli for all that they do.
