Installed new fixtures for bathroom refresh with NextLevel months ago. Fixtures installed perfectly, no issues whatsoever. The technician was kind to provide guidance on general plumbing maintenance that a home like mine should have routinely done by the owner to avoid problems. I’ve used Next Level Plumbing twice, and both experiences have been excellent. They were easy to schedule, the technician was friendly and efficient, and my issue was resolved quickly. I was informed of the price beforehand, and they only completed the service after I approved the quote, which I really appreciated. The service was very good, and they solved my problem with minimal disruption. I would definitely recommend them to others.
We have old cast iron pipes and have a couple of emergency backups over the years. The team at Next Level is always super responsive and know just what do to remedy the issue. They also give us great suggestions on continued maintenance and next steps. We absolutely appreciate their care , responsiveness and expertise!
I had a Metamucil clog in my sink. (Yes, I know - you shouldn’t put that down your sink). I called next level plumbing and they were able to come out the very next day. The plumber, Matthew Brennan, explained what he would do to fix the situation, protected the cabinets from water/splashes and did a thorough 3 hr job ensuring no clog was left behind. Highly recommend the company for all your plumbing needs. I will certainly use them in the future.
