Newman's Restoration

We had Newman's Restoration install a vapor barrier in our crawl space and couldn't be happier with the experience. After getting 4 quotes, they were the clear choice — nobody else took the time to scope things out the way they did. The whole process felt stress-free. They kept us in the loop daily with progress photos and every person we dealt with was genuinely kind and easy to work with. What really won us over was what happened after the job was done. We had a few concerns and they came right back out without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find. We'll be recommending Newman's to everyone we know in the Carthage area. Five stars, no question.

From the very first phone call I found Newman’s Restoration to be exceptional. They were responsive to my needs, professional, caring and did I mention professional. Dallas explained everything to me as to what needed to be done and why. His crew was here three different days and were courteous, kind and professional. Tricia is so warm and caring and listens to you. I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. They were so exceptional that when I need any other work done I will reach out to them to see who they would recommend. I have not experienced working with a company that was and here it is again, professional from beginning to end as Newman’s Restoration. Highly recommend!

I would suggest shopping around. Shop shop shop. This company gave me a bid for a mold remediation job on an older house. They are very good communicators. And they seem very knowledgeable about their services. But some of the prices that they quoted to me were THREE TIMES what several other mold specialists in Joplin are doing these kinds of jobs for. I would suggest SHOPPING AROUND. The company that I ultimately hired did a very nice job….. for about a third of the cost.
