This place is awful to buy a mobile home, this mobile homes are expensive. The sales people promise you they will have your mobile home ready don't believe them. This mobile homes are built with the cheapest materials. You are not buying a home you are buying a future problem. The AC unit not big enough for the size of mobile home. Plus they take a hole year to finish what ever needs to be done, details which they are alot. They just want your money, they don't care about your priorities. Be careful don't fall for it. Pictures show what kind of quality they are.
Mr.Orlando Gandara was the sales person that I spoke to about buying a mobile home. I was very pleased with him on explaining what takes placeoi on buying a home. I will continue to do business with Orlando on purchasing my home. He was a very nice and profesional sales man. I will recommend him to other people. Thank you, Gloria Duran
I would like to congratulate the service team for their amazing work in completing all pending work to make our home move in ready. Manny, hector and Rosendo went above and beyond to make sure our home was completed and ready for us to move in. They were prompt and their attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you to the new start homes team for all their help from Jerry with his help choosing our home, to Janeth Belen and Lilly everyone was attentive to our home buying process and made the deal as smooth as they could.
Communication is practically nonexistent, and management refuses to take accountability. During my time there, inspections failed multiple times because promised repairs and maintenance simply weren’t completed. Customers were often told things were “on schedule,” when in reality, work orders were never submitted or just forgotten. Calls and messages frequently go ignored, and the pricing information given to customers is inconsistent at best. Sales staff are offered cash incentives for collecting credit information, which puts pressure on the sales process instead of focusing on helping the customer. It’s worth noting that there are multiple public reviews online reporting similar issues, so I strongly encourage anyone interested to read through them before doing business. The owner asks new employees to post 5-star reviews across platforms, which creates a misleading picture of the company’s reputation. Don’t be fooled by inflated ratings; take a few minutes to research and see the pattern for yourself. The lot itself is unsafe and unsanitary — loose steps, exposed nails, scattered debris, overflowing trash, and even a large water jug full of urine left on site. These are clear signs of neglect and lack of professional care. Buying a home should be exciting, but once the contract is signed, you’ll quickly realize how poorly things are managed.
We had a wonderful experience working with Orlando. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Their helpful guidance made it much easier for us to choose the perfect home. We truly appreciate their dedication and support, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
