I am doing this review to have an answer for my brother's cell phone that you lost, you have to be responsible for your mistake! My brother took his cell phone to this location after less than two weeks, my brother went to ask for the diagnostic and pay his bill to have it fixed, arriving at this location they tell my brother that they are moving to a new locations and they put all the phone in a box in the warehouse (this is the address of the new location 12244 Montana Ave. #100 Next to walmart joe battle/montana) they tell him that they will look for the phone and they will call him back, Due to this my brother bought a phone while they returned his phone, the weeks passed and there was no response, He do not receive any calls from them, so my brother goes to ask for his phone again, and they tell him that the phone was lost and that they will not be responsible because according to their policy after a month they have a device They will keep it, at first they told my brother that it was 3 months and apart from that it was not his fault THEY LOST HIS PHONE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS, I ask for justice and for his phone to be returned because of the abuse and lack of professionalism of their part! I WANT A FAIR ANSWER!!!
