Part of their yearly membership and checking if all equipment (worth every penny) is functioning properly. Today had Joe in plumbing. VERY professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate. Showed major issue in one water heater. Explained 2-3 fix it scenarios. Got us a quote, discount and scheduled in 2days, for installation for a new one. Also helped on a small other issue, detailed 3 more and preparing a quote. Very well done!! Wanted to add another review, 5 star as well as we had the ‘other’ Joe(from Boston) came an hour later to spend hours going over our 3 furnaces and A/C units. He too was extremely thorough, professional and very detailed. Both were a true delight to have in our home! Second post; had the installation guys come out, 36 hrs later! Jeff and Vincent, who are just as great as the Joe’s above, install went great, cleaned up perfectly, checked all inside. Very professional!! Small issue and they came back out within 24hrs, knew how to correct it and runs perfectly. The entire Nevada Heating and cooling team are the best including the ladies setting all three appointments up!

This was a remarkably great experience with Nevada heating today. I called this morning and Quinn and Chris were able to see me this afternoon. Quinn is learning and Chris seems to be a very very competent teacher. Both were very friendly. Kris explained everything in great detail and asked if I needed anything else. He suggested that I have my air-conditioning and water heater looked at in May. So I’ll definitely be calling then hopefully we’ll get Quinn and Kris again.

She was professional, kind, and made the scheduling process smooth and easy., Our service technician, Mack, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our system and carefully explained what repairs were needed and why, which helped me feel confident in the decisions we needed to make. He answered all of my questions patiently and provided thoughtful suggestions about the best plan for our heating and air conditioning needs. Mack was knowledgeable, respectful, and truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out, and he is genuinely an exceptional gentleman. Evan was friendly, courteous, and punctual, and took time to explain the work he was doing. During a routine water heater flush and plumbing inspection, he found that the house water pressure was too high, indicating a failed or missing pressure regulating valve. Evan and Anthony came back the next week and installed a new pressure regulating valve, and took care to minimize this long the water was off to the house. I appreciated Evan’s thorough inspection to identify an unknown issue, then his quick professional work to make the installation.
