Went in to get my phone screen replaced for my iPhone 13 Pro. The main technician who worked on my phone and the receptionist up front were both professional, friendly, and honest. Came out to $160 after tax, was done in 45 minutes (or at least that’s when I came back), and came with a free screen protector—which for me is fair. My back glass is broken, and he let me know that it has had a good amount of water in it already, and that my power button (which I knew already) and Face ID (did not know yet) were not functional—and that I probably shouldn’t put anymore money into it repair wise. I had already planned to get a new phone that night a... Went in to get my phone screen replaced for my iPhone 13 Pro. I had already planned to get a new phone that night as I only needed the screen fixed to make sure I could get all of my device-specific accounts transferred properly, but his concern for my personal cost-benefit situation was great. On top of that they have complimentary sodas and a water dispenser, as well as seating if you choose to wait inside for your repair. Will be my go to from now on. Thanks!

I brought my iPhone in the same day, and they had it ready in under two hours — super fast, especially for a busy Saturday. When I came to pick it up, the owner (I believe) explained that there had been a small issue with the back screen and battery during the repair. He was upfront and honest, saying that sometimes these things happen depending on who worked on the phone before. Instead of charging me extra, he took care of it and stood by his work. Above and beyond with my destroyed phone. It came off my car and landed in the middle of Hwy 98. Luckily in the middle literally so it didn't get run over repeatedly. I was able to find a refurbished phone of the same brand and model and he was able to transfer all my data to the new phone at an exceptionally reasonable price. I highly recommend their services !
