My stupid German Shepherd puppy decided to jump on me and my new flip phone when flying and destroyed my bottom half of screen. I went to T-Mobile and they gave me Cellular Nerd's information because I didn't have insurance. He was so helpful and even when FedEx didn't deliver parts on time, he kept me informed and even gave me a loner. I would recommend this business.
