Wow! What a great company! Wonderful service. Fast communications. Nice people. Quality work. Fair prices. We were developers and contractors for many years here in NWA and dealt with one glass company that just got slower and more expensive over time. Natural State will be the glass company we call from here on out!
Look no further, you’ve found your glass company! Cole was amazing! Very respectful, timely and great communication. They fixed our shower door in no time. Very thankful we found this glass company. We started with another company that tried to overcharge us. I will only be calling Natural State Glass going forward.
One of the best experiences we had in our master bathroom remodel. Cole and staff were very helpful in suggesting how we could install a dual sliding barn door in our particular build. The hardware and glass were of very high quality and look amazing. Prices were reasonable considering what we selected. Installation workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Timing from measurements to install were better than estimated. We would highly recommend and would definitely use Natural State Glass & Mirror again.
As a builder I struggled finding a quality, reliable glass provider and installer when I started my business. But when Cole and Jaime opened Natural State that all changed. The most reliable, experienced, communicative and best all around people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They do all things glass for us from showers, to tub inserts, to fixed glass windows to the glass we use in our custom doors. I trust them with all things glass and can not recommend them enough. If you’re looking for anything pertaining to glass they should be your first call. And if they can’t help they will always provide a local, trusted company that can.
I'm extremely pleased to have this opportunity to highly recommend Natural State Glass & Mirror. I've been in construction all my life and I found them to be very friendly, highly competent and provide top quality products and installation services for a fair price. Recently, we used NSGM to modify our front door as we wanted more light in a dark entrance. We found door replacement was out of our budget and decided to go with a glass insert. We visited many of the local businesses and found they were best suited for our needs. They were very helpful throughout the project and provided everything we asked for with a smile.
