Very pleased with a window replacement they did at an old home we are restoring. The communication was excellent from my original call and the follow up by Kirk. There was some epoxy on the window that we didn’t like and they remedied the problem quickly and pleasantly. Kirk was excellent!

No idea why there are any negative reviews on here. I called Abram's and needed a quick turn around on a custom mirror and they got it to me the same day that I called. Everywhere else was telling me they were at a minimum a week out. I have no complaints. Mirror is exactly as I specified and I got it even quicker than I was shooting for. We will definitely be sending future work to Abram's.
