I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this pest control company—especially Jake. From start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. Jake was incredibly professional, respectful, and genuinely kind, and he treated our home with so much care. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt completely comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about providing top-notch service. This was hands-down one of the best service experiences we’ve had. We’ve been using Native Pest Management for years and have always had a great experience. They come out regularly for bi-monthly outdoor service and are always responsive when we need interior treatments as well. Most recently, we had an issue with sugar ants in our bathrooms, and our technician Enrique was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He addressed the problem thoroughly and made sure all our questions were answered before he left. David was great! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the pest issues we were dealing with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right and making sure customers feel comfortable. The service was thorough and efficient.
