We had a great experience with Nathan's Roof Repairs. Nathan came out and accurately explained to us that, in our case, the small roof repair we were focused on was really evidence of a larger problem. It turned out he was right. Many of the plywood sections of our roof were old and delaminated, and our old gutter guard installation were another cause of leaking. His experienced assessment and willingness to work with us on price, made it clear that a full roof was better for us in the long run than the one leak repair we could see. Nathan's full-roof estimate was in line with another company's, but the other companies didn't communicate a comprehensive understanding of what we needed. The work was pretty quick and efficient. The guys cleaned up well after the work, and I'm pleased with the follow-up attention that Lee gave us. It means a lot to me that when the work initially started that Nathan came to make sure everything was in order. So many times with other work, we'll get a great, clear quote, but when the workers come, they don't know what was agreed to or don't speak English very well. This is the second job we've had with Nathan's, and I would use them again.

When my Insurance Company notified me that my roof needed attention before my Homeowner's Insurance could be renewed, I contacted Nathan's Roof Repairs. They had replaced the roof on my church several years before, so I knew of their quality work. Given the age of my roof, I decided to replace it, rather than to simply have it cleaned, and I had a deadline to meet. Spencer visited the next day and viewed the roof, explained the process, and left me with a proposed contract for my roof replacement which was considerably less than my two previous estimates. He also reassured me they could get the job done in a timely way, given my upcoming Homeowner's policy renewal date. They certainly did the job! I now have a beautiful new roof completed by a professional and amiable crew who also took responsibility for clean-up after their work. I appreciated the assistance from all the employees who worked with me - crew and staff alike.
