Friendly, efficient service & advice, with very reasonable pricing! Answered all questions about the estimate and once we gave the go ahead the roof replacement was completed in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and did a great job with clean up. I had them assess a second roof and there were no pressure tactics for replacement and even made suggestions on doing limited repairs to get a little more life out of the current roof to avoid having to replace it.
DeShazo and Son put a new metal roof on my 100 yr old detached garage, and replaced the support boards and soffet, with paint. The estimates were detailed and professional. The work crew arrived on time and worked for 3 days in cold weather. They worked diligently and responded to my questions. They cleaned up each day before departure. I highly recommend this roofing company. My final Invoice was for exactly what was estimated. The new roof looks great!
DeShazo and Son Roofing tackled a very complex and difficult project with professionalism and courtesy. Joe, his son Joseph as well as Matt and Roger were very expert in problem solving. They communicated very well. I very highly recommend them and would consult them again for any furture needs.
I would HIGHLY recommend DeShazo and Son Roofing if you need a new roof for your home. I had new roofs for my home and separate garage done recently and am completely satisfied with both. Everyone involved in the process were professional and courteous including the office staff. The scheduling of the installation was coordinated also to meet my needs.
Summary: A++ Rating! I asked three roofing companies to give me quotes on re-roofing my 2-story home, workshop building, and flat-roof add-on room. One of the two companies failed to respond. Of the two that did, DeShazo provided a quote that was notably less. So, was their product, workmanship and professionalism less than I expected? NO! I chose from a wide selection of Certainteed (Saint Gobain) Landmark PRO shingles. The work was then scheduled, and on that date, they came in-force. The shingle replacement on the house and workshop took the best part of one day, and was professionally done. The work was non-stop, and thorough, down to the craftsmanship in placing and sealing flashing around the chimney and vent pipes, to aesthetically painting those vents. How about protecting plants and cleanup? Excellent. They covered the ground around the house and workshop with tarps to protect from any falling materials. When the roofing was done, they meticulously dragged rolling magnets around the house and workshop, and removed any roofing nails that may have fallen to the ground. After all scraps of debris was removed, they took out a leaf blower for a thorough clean-up. The grounds looked better after they finished that before they started. As for the flat-roof add-on room, they sent a specialized crew of two technicians the next day to rip-up the old flat-roof, and replace it with thick rigid insulation, followed by topping it off with a layer of TPO material. Then, new flashing and fascia was placed, followed by the same meticulous clean-up. I was more that pleased with their work from start to finish. I was ELATED! I highly recommend DeShazo and Son Roofing for any roofing application.
