The initial contact is very good. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. However, if work on your computer is stalled due to downloading or other issues you are unable to call and make contact. The company blocks your call and forces you to the queue. I called from my work number yesterday and got right through. I called this morning and was sent to queue. I called on my cell phone and got right through. Last night my queue was at 52 and they never called back. This morning my queue has been stuck at 27 for the last 3 hours. I once again tried calling on my cell and now its block going straight to queue. At his rate I'll be lucky if someone calls back with the next 3-4 days. UNACCEPTABLE after paying the service fee up front. Yep still stuck at 27 in the queue.

I'm a frequent gamer.I love to play video games, and I came to these guys for help.Because they were one of the first people that came up after.I googled for tech help.My issue was fps, stutters in my game and low fps, and one percent lows. After they had run some tests and did updates.I was then not able to play any of my games.They all kept crashing.I was then told to just factory reset my computer.And today, I was told I would get a call in the afternoon, and then I was set up an appointment 46 o'clock and still have not had any responses.And they have taken my money and are not helping. I highly do not recommend this company.They are lying and scamming about all the things they say they can do.They will not help you.They will only make matters worse.My suggestion is to go to people who actually know what they're doing.Heck even best buy has better ideas than them. And they're so called "technicians" when I was expressing the way they were treating me and how everything happened, I have gotten nothing back.They just said that they weren't gonna help me that.I was attacking at them when I said no I am putting things bluntly.They said they're not going to deal with me that they can just transfer me over to customer service and then proceeded to hang up.
