I had a new custom build which wasn't POSTing, and Mike was willing to take it in, diagnose, and explain the exact issue all in 30 minutes (with free diagnosis!). He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I ever have any computer issues, I know who to go to.
Super-fast, reasonably priced service. I called Mike to get an idea of what could be done with a desktop. A few days later, I dropped it off on a Friday. He called me shortly after to discuss options. I picked up my fixed computer two days later. From call to fixed in less than a week and at a great price.
Mike was super responsive and very easy to work with! I dropped my computer off at his home office and he was able to diagnose and make the repairs quickly. When I picked it up he also made sure I knew how to activate my windows 10. I would 100% come back and send others to him.
