My laptop died suddenly on me. Took it in, the gentleman did a few quick checks on the power supply and gave me a rough estimate of the cost (more than the old thing was worth), but was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell or even charge for the initial checks. Great service!

Two new computers from these guys and each time the new laptop came home with me with every bit of data transferred, carefully placed exactly where I left it on the old PC! What a joy- I could just turn it on and go! Also- they're so helpful on the phone if you need a hand with a problem, and they make it so easy to stop by and get help if the phone call doesn't work. 10 Stars!!

Great customer service fixed some serious problems with computer Build. Mainly with kernal and also diagnosed a faulty ram chip that was giving serious instability. along with getting linux and ubuntu up an and running!!! just take it to these guys to get it setup!!!

Great place to deal with. The computers at our business were ancient and having many many problems. Computer Concepts took the old ones and were able to clone them onto new computers. They brought them back and installed them and we're up and running again. Faster than ever!

My experience with this shop was not so bad. I was out of town for a bit after dropping off my computer came back and it was working once more. Although I just had it repaired, I may have to bring it back in once again because I have a Alienware M 17 that dell did not build very well and I the customer or consumer have to pay for this junk to get repaired because a computer like this are sooo not cheap.
