Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply

This is the second time sales associates and cashiers seemed too busy chatting amongst themselves to help a customer. It is just as well, since this store seems to hire mostly cold and surly people who do not like some of their customers. When they first opened, friendly sales associates fell over themselves trying to be helpful. Much like you can still find at Home Depot. It makes me stay longer, and spend more money. Things have changed. It only took a single visit to Sunset Sports, years ago, to decide never to return. At that time, I had to listen to part of an employee gossip session, before an employee finally tore himself away from the intrigue to help me. I gave Murdoch's three chances. I have alternatives, including the internet, for about everything they carry, and at lower prices. I, too, can seem disinterested, cold, and surly, but I am not being paid to be personable and pleasant. When I worked retail, every customer was important, not just the ones from favored in-groups or prestigious cliques.

The customer service was amazing. All the employees are very attentive and helpful and so friendly highly recommend.

I truly love coming and shopping at Murdochs but I am very sad and disappointed. My husband and I came in to get chicken feed and as we was walking in a worker was in the cooler looks like she was filling it up. Could be wrong. Anyways as we was walking she was bending over with water and another worker came up and just kicked her for no reason. She could’ve been playing I understand that but we felt bad for sure cause that looked like it hurt. Please Murdochs treat others better then that.

Excellent in every category possible! Great location, fully stocked, clean products, friendly staff, nice facility, and easy to shop for just about anything! "Nakota" assisted me in finding some specific items and went above and beyond while asking her questions! Remarkable young lady with a spectacular personality! What an impeccable employee to have helping customers! 👏 Impressive local business for animal supplies, safes, guns, ammo, Yeti supplies, grills, and so on...... what an asset to the community! I took lots of photos to compliment this business and its employees!
