M&R came out twice, once for a water softener issue and the other for an HVAC issue. Both teams that came out were wonderful. They addressed our concerns and answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with the information needed to make informed decisions. Excellent service and excellent staff. I highly recommend them.
Jacob was awesome! Very polite and courteous and respectful, explained everything to us and was a very pleasant person to work with. You guys were able to come out same day of my call, communicated when you were headed this way and we're prompt and able to replace my toilet within a few hours. I am very happy with my experience with M & R and with Jacob, and will be letting others know about the quality of service and technicians! It's good to know ow there are still good quality services available, thank you so much!!
The technician that came out was very helpful. He helped me locate the leak in an older tub and shower combo. We discussed the fix, and he quoted the fix and explained other alternatives along with preventative maintenance that I may need on my plumbing system. He also took a quick look and my radiant hot water home heating system and recommended a maintenance routine. He seemed very knowledgeable and well trained. I like how he gave multiple options on each thing I needed fixed. He was very polite and professional for the entire visit.
Out with the old, in with the new, very professional, detailed in what they are going to do with their work, I paid what they quoted me, remember you pay for what you get… it was a reasonable price for everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves and waited to make sure everything is working before they leave. I highly recommend.
The experience with M&R was awesome. Justin gave me a good price. The installation went well but they did need help from a senior tech to get it working correctly. Thanks guys. I’m still waiting on Robert for a price on faucet installation. I hope that goes just as smoothly.
