Medallion Heating

Our AC went out during the high heat in July. Temps were hitting 103+. Called and they were booked out about a week, which I understand in their line with severe temps. They kept the appointment I made, showed up as promised and provided top notch service. Derek Begay is brilliant, helpful and explained things in great detail. I thought our system was a goner but he had us up and running, good as new, in about an hour. He even gave service tips and filter recommendations. So impressed!

Our AC went out late June. I called Medallion and they would be out a week sooner than other companies. The woman who answered was helpful and pleasant to speak with. Pat, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable in our split unit system. Pat was able to diagnose, repair the unit quickly, and provide maintenance recommendations. I highly recommend using Medallion!

Best in the area in terms of customer service and guaranteeing their work. They are friendly,.professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The owner takes time to listen if there is a problem and fixes it. There is rarely a problem. The office staff is competent and helpful. 100% a great local business that cares for the quality of its work and it's customers.

Had to replace septic leach line. All 110 feet. Medallion showed up with 3 techs.Trackhoe, skid steerer and 3 truck loads of gravel.. started work immediately. Rerouted leach line , originally line ran down the driveway. Line was rerouted in back yard and a short distance down the side of the drive. Back yard got torn up... Next morning crew started work early, by 1pm job was complete.. No one could tell any kind of work was ever done , hat's off to the crew for a job well done. . Thanks 😊 5 1/2 stars.. highly recommend.
