John was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in his arrival. He gave the entire spectrum of options and was not overly aggressive a pleasure to work with and would recommend Air Comfort Service to anyone looking to address their HVAC needs.
I woke up to no heat in my home. It was 55° middle of winter bad storm coming. I called comfort Air and they showed up within an hour. Absolutely awesome. Had my house warm within an hour. I would recommend comfort Air to anybody absolutely five stars or more. John was very very professional.
Kevin was sent to my home for an installation of a new heating system. He was promptly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Appreciated his willingness to spend time with me when was finished to review what he did and help me to set up my new thermostat. He’s a great attribute for Air Comfort.
Matt was out today to check our Furnace for the winter. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He made a minor adjustment and said everything else looks good
Christian was friendly and respectful of my home and provided excellent service maintenance and advice while in my residence. I have some needed repairs that will need to be addressed and he is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend not only using Air comfort for your heating and cooling and furnace systems but also asking for Christian as your service technician. He is honest and trustworthy and is a straight shooter and I for one appreciate that. I recommend having their service agreement as well. He also was very kind to my dog and that goes a long way with me!
