Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sarasota

I woke up this morning (Saturday) and had water gushing from a pipe under my poolhouse exterior sink. I googled “24-hour plumbers Sarasota” and called a few. Two had answering services instead of an employee answering calls, so they couldn’t answer my questions and had no idea when I could expect someone to be at my house. When I called Mr. Rooter, a lovely lady named CeCe answered. She answered my questions, understood my sense of urgency, and got a service tech dispatched to my house in 90 minutes by 10:15am. It cost me $100 for a service tech to be dispatched. Patrick H. is the service tech who was sent. Before he arrived I was actually able to figure out how to get the water turned off, but he was still helpful in explaining what had probably happened, and explaining my options. I appreciate that I was able to get a real person on the phone, and get someone to my house an hour later — especially on a Saturday morning! That’s pretty rare nowadays!

Rapid response to my call for help. No trip charge ,or bill, until after the acceptance of solution/work is agreed upon. In the mist of kitchen remodel, we developed a leak on an outside wall in our sink area. Quick to diagnose and very open to suggestions of both detection, and options, for remedying the problem. Once a repair was decided upon, efficiently assembled the parts and the right people to complete the repair. After the repairs, they cleaned up so you would never of known they were there. Will use them again for any future plumbing problems and repairs.
