If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These guys are the real deal, I shipped my phone out on a Saturday and it arrived Monday, repairs were done Tuesday and shipped back to me Wednesday. Less than a week, I was beyond impressed. Communication was as perfect as could be, pricing for my repair was 1/4th the cost Apple was quoting me. Highly recommended, was an extremely pleasant experience!

I was looking for a specific replacement screen for my iPhone and they were the only ones to offer to order the part for me. I got the screen replaced and got a new battery and it feels like a brand new phone. They were fast, it took about 45 minutes for all the work to be done. Super chill dudes and very helpful. Their prices were reasonable!

It was a terrible experience. My phone Iphone 11 had a black screen and couldn’t power on. I had already confirmed it wasn’t a battery issue. After describing the situation to the staff, they still needed to run their own inspection, which I understood. However, I wasn’t informed beforehand that there would be a $55 inspection fee even if the phone couldn’t be repaired. They only told me about the fee after checking the phone. Moreover, after they said the phone couldn’t be fixed and reassembled it, one of the screws wasn’t put back properly — this was discovered by another repair shop when they opened the phone later.
