Zach was prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to clean his shoes upon entering the house and mindful to protect my counters when working. He explained how I could make my dishwasher more efficient and he was gentle and kind to my aged golden retriever. A very good experience.

This hands down has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time!! From the ease of scheduling an appointment online to getting communications right up until your tech Zachary arrived. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly, had the part in his truck and was finished within 30 minutes. He was professional and shook my hand upon leaving. Doesn’t get any better than this! I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I was able to schedule an online appointment for an issue with my dryer. Their online scheduling is super easy. I got texts leading up to my appointment and the technician, Zach, was here within the quoted timeframe. Zach was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. And I love that they do not charge another service visit fee to come back and install the new motor. I’ll be using Mr Appliance for all our future appliance needs!
