They were professional from start to finish. I had reached out to them via Costco and they were very competitive in pricing. Our project manager, Jason, came out to assess the garage and make sure the new door would be compatible for a historic property. Not only was I getting a new door, but I had a separate contractor doing renovations to the garage structure. There were multiple complications on this enovation prior to getting the door installed. Fimbel waited over four months for our contractor to finish his portion of the garage structural work before coming out to do the install. The office staff and Jason were great to work with, even though I kept rescheduling multiple times. And the two service techs were easy going, pleasant and professional throughout the project work. Our contractor got us connected with Fimbel Garage Doors to repair our garage that was damaged during our home inspection. I can't recall the gentleman's name who came to repair our door panel, but he was fantastic. He answered any questions I had about the state of our garage and also did a quick analysis for updating our Garage Door. I received an estimate a few hours after his visit. I highly recommend Fimbel Garage Doors and we'll be using them when we update our garage door!

Katelyn was wonderful from the first service call to the second step of setting up a new install for a garage door opener. Very friendly and prompt with all the information for different options. Stephen was great came out to service my garage door first time, gave option on repair or replace and his honest opinion. He came out again for the installation of the new garage door opener and again was very friendly and called when he was ahead of schedule. Helped me set up the code and showed me all the features. Fimbel is lucky to have them both, outstanding customer service.
