My washing machine quit working mid cycle. Chase was assigned to repair it. He explained what he encountered as the problems and gave me an opportunity to decide whether I wanted to go ahead and repair it. He kept me informed as he was repairing it. Am very pleased with the service. Chase was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great personality and great service! Thank you!
Chase was clean, efficient, and on time. He was quick to diagnose the issue on our washer and had it fixed within minutes. He also taught me what to do if the issue ever surfaced again. I appreciate his help and willingness to educate me. I would use them again.
Great service call by Darrell!!! He knew his stuff about our Wolf range and willingly shared it. I took notes and learned how to use it to its true capabilities. Found out that it is working correctly, I just needed to give it more time to heat to temperature. He is clean, knowledgeable, and articulate. He didn’t rush, and was thorough and efficient. I highly recommend him.
The entire team was amazing to work with. From Marcie and Brayden over text to our amazing technician Darrell. Darrell was so professional and helped get our washer up and running within an hour. Barbara is very good at getting you set up and has a great sense of humor. Chase was our service technician . He is very good and got us taken care of very quickly. He even had the parts we needed with him. He was very respectful to us and to our property. He cleaned everything up before leaving and gave me tips to avoid this happening again. The company and Chase came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
