Fred's Appliance Academy is top notch training for anyone! The instructors are able to help someone new to the field as well as individuals that have years of experience. What at first could seem intimidating, is taught in an understandable way. If you have an interest in this field, this is the place to become grounded in your understanding of the repair procedures.
The training offered here is superior in many ways from the lectures to the hands on time. Very relevant for older model appliances to new ones. An outstanding environment for techs with no experience and for those also with years of experience!
Accommodating, thorough, and efficient. The hands on experience was definitely the better route. I was hesitant at first flying across the country from California for 3 weeks but the stay was very comfortable. The instructor Chad was passionate, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. They also have Arnie who made an amazing lunch for us every day. Would recommend this school to anyone looking to hone their craft.
