Mr. Appliance of Fairfield CT

I was referred to Mr Appliance by the store that we had purchased our ‘high end’ dishwasher from. The warranty was over a yr old, and they told me to call Mr. Appliance. The phone rep was very courteous and explained the upfront service call cost. (No surprises) The service Tech Gerardo called 15 minutes before his ETA as promised. The dishwasher had a small water ‘mystery leak’ from the right side of door. Very annoying. Gerardo was very knowledgeable on the Miele Dishwasher. He was determined to find the source of the leak. Service was fast- it was scheduled the day after I called. I received updates by text, about what to expect and a window of time the technician would arrive. I was able to check online to see a smaller window when the technician would arrive. Hiram was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem with my dryer right away. I would highly recommend this company based on this visit. And a shoutout to County Tv And Appliances in Stamford for arranging it all.

Serviceman was great: competent, clean, polite and gregarious, and respectful of our time and our house. Would recommend him completely. Only problem was the job was priced outrageously high for what it was. Be wary, as it might be safer to buy a new dishwasher than pay so much just to have the door fixed… my complaint is with greedy management, not the service guy, just to be clear.

Derek came out to fix out Viking range which broke on Thanksgiving. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job identifying and repairing the issue. While repairing it he explained what he was doing, talked through the issues, and was thorough in taking care of our range. Overall he was quick to get us back up and working with a minimum of fuss, while being great to chat to. Future repairs will all go to him and Mr. Appliance.

We’ve used Mr. Appliance for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Whenever our Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer needs servicing, Jim and the office team are prompt and responsive. The technicians, Mike and Fernando, are exceptional—kind, courteous, trustworthy, and true experts in their craft. They are consistently punctual, polite, and highly knowledgeable. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with the technical skill and expertise required to rebuild our refrigerator’s cooling system. Hats off to these gentlemen—true professionals!
