I was referred to Mr Appliance by the store that we had purchased our ‘high end’ dishwasher from. The warranty was over a yr old, and they told me to call Mr. Appliance. The phone rep was very courteous and explained the upfront service call cost. (No surprises) The service Tech Gerardo called 15 minutes before his ETA as promised. The dishwasher had a small water ‘mystery leak’ from the right side of door. Very annoying. Gerardo was very knowledgeable on the Miele Dishwasher. He was determined to find the source of the leak. He didn’t want us to buy a new expensive dishwasher. This guy was like ‘an appliance surgeon’ Honestly, I was extremely impressed. He found the leak problem. Fixed it. He followd up next day with a text to make sure we were operational without any leaks. The cost was fair and reasonable. I’m now a BIG FAN of Mr Appiiance! ⭐️👍🏻🙌🏻
