Mr. Appliance of Arlington

I had a repair man come out today and he quoted me the price of $800 just for parts for the repair of my Viking oven which is only 4 years old. He told me the only problem was the hinges in the door and each hinge would be $400. I was shocked! But I trusted him so I went ahead and agreed to purchase them through Mr Appliance. After the repair man left I felt like $1100 (which was how much he charged me for everything) was way too much. After spending MONTHS waiting on a mediocre Home Warranty System and less than helpful technicians I decided to take matters in my own hands and call a REAL appliance repair company. I am dumping my “warranty” service and call on Mr. Appliance from now on, they solved my problem in a day! Thanks a bunch!

From start to finish, our experience with Mr. Appliance was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. The technician, Christian, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the issue with our washing machine and provided honest advice on whether a repair or replacement was the best course of action.
