Unfortunately, I didn’t have a positive experience. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged when I entered, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. Customer service is a big factor in deciding where I spend my money. Came in over the weekend, highly disappointed because I was ready to buy a watch that day.
I bought my movado online and brought it to a well known jewelry store chain to get resized, they sold movados so I thought they could do it but they got my pins and links stuck. I brought it here to Ashley and Jessica who fixed it for me and corrected all the other stores mistakes. I would highly recommend coming here instead of a chain jewelry store. Ill be back here in the future, they earned my business for sure!
The customer service was great! My husband and I had such a pleasant experience. Jay assisted us and was very helpful, courteous and quickly resolved our issue. He was a gem! I’ll definitely be back soon.
I made a special trip from Mooresville to the Movado Company Store in Charlotte today. I needed a link or two removed from a Movado Chronograph band to fit me better, as well as a battery replacement. Jay handled everything perfectly- even the situation where two of the four screws holding the back on refused to budge. He recommended that I send it to the Movado service center so they could handle the removal and battery replacement, and gave me all the needed information. He didn’t want to damage the screws or strip them out unnecessarily. Thanks Jay! I appreciate your wisdom.
Today me and my mother walked in to this shop looking to get a movado fixed. From the moment we walked in Ashley made us feel like family. She provided me with quick and easy information to get my watch fixed. In the process I ended up looking around the store and wanted to purchase an extra piece. Ashley walked me through the options and I found a watch that was absolutely perfect. If you ever shop at the Movado store in Charlottes Premium Outlets, ask for Ashley. I guarantee she will make for a wonderful experience.
