Sent my car (Gurtrude) to Moore's thinkn she was gonna be fixed, Moore's was pricing a transmission make over for my girl, she'd been down for over a year because of her transmission. Sadly, for more reasons than the transmission, she was inducted into the automotive morgue that day. Although she was an amazing car n I did NOT wanna give up on her, I had no other option... But now with only scrap price $'s in my pocket... I had NO idea what I was gonna do about a vehicle for my 2 yr old daughter (Sophia) n I. My options had, at the moment been all the way exhausted, mentally my back against the wall then, without hesitation Moore's put me n my daughter in a new car THAT day, with only the $'s from Gurtrude as a down payment n also without taking advantage of my vulnerability at the time, made me a pretty good deal, one I wasn't really in the spot to refuse but also couldn't refuse even if my spot had been more glorified. 🤝... Personally, I don't feel I could ever have anything bad to say about Moore's downtown. This is only my personal experience tho. You'll have ta try em out for yourself. He got me in right away for diagnostics, and has put in the work order for today to have my part changed. The amount of empathy, understanding, dedication, hospitality, n mercy Mitch has in his heart is unmatchd as far as a car repair shop goes...you guys are amazing.
