Brian has been super helpful throughout our whole process of redoing our kitchen floor. He’s communicated before and after the process and has answered all of our questions, and continues to communicate to make sure we are satisfied. We’ve had a few spots start to stick up and he’s been working diligently to get it resolved. I’m super thankful to have a project manager who has been communicating and committed to making sure we are satisfied.

Monroe Restoration did an amazing job taking care of my ceiling repair and paint restoration. Corina was our first contact and she did a very thorough job and made me aware of mistakes made by a previous company. The project manager, Brian, was also very thorough and involved throughout the whole process. He did an excellent job getting multiple parts of the house fixed going above and beyond. Overall, it was a very professional and efficient job! I will definitely be calling them for any issues in the future.

After having a water leak our insurance recommended Monroe Restoration. They got in an got the job done right away. Throughout the whole process which we thought would be a headache. The project manager Brian was great, he always communicated everything that was going on an went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Their crew workers did an AMAZING job on all the work they did. Josh the branch manager even came to do walk through an make sure things were going as they should. I would reccomened them to anyone that needs any work done in their house. At the end of the day they care about whats best for the customer. This is only some of the work done.
