3 yrs ago our Company decided to take a big step and Upgrade to Sage 100 from Sage 50 ( Peachtree ),we actually did the WHOLE process through another company, ( BIG MISTAKE ), a year into the transition myself and my team was so FRUSTERATED with the Company we were working with, that we started looking for additional assistance, and IN CAME OUR KNIGHTS IN SHINY ARMOUR DWD TECHNOLOGY. I cant even begin to explain the nightmare we were living prior to finding DWD, but since then Mary, Chris, David, and everyone there has just been a phone call, or 2 hr. car ride away. They have been 100% our saving grace!! I would recommend them to anyone thinking about starting services, or thinking about upgrading and going through a transition. If you're agents doesn't know the answer they will move mountains to find it for you. I cant say enough good things about DWD Technologies!!!

I have been working with DWD for the past 3 years and I could not ask for a more knowledgeable SAGE support team. My primary contact Josh T. is beyond helpful. He is truly invested in my company's success and it shows in the level of effort and care he invests into answering my many SAGE questions. He is quick to respond and offers multiple solutions for me to chose from depending on my needs. Working with Josh and the DWD Team is truly enjoyable and you will not find better customer service or depth of knowledge.

We use DWD Tech as our Sage Partner and for our IT solutions. They did our training on Sage 100 when we converted from Quickbooks and all of our custom programming for Sage so Sage integrates with our online shopping carts and Fedex/UPS. All of the people at DWD are extremely helpful. They are also very responsive and do an excellent job of getting you help when it is needed. If you are down, they get it working immediately which we really appreciate. We can not recommend DWD Tech highly enough!

When our local Sage partner retired and it was time to upgrade our software, my search for a new partner lead me to DWD. Although I was apprehensive about choosing one that was not local, David at DWD, managed the easiest and quickest remote upgrade I have witnessed working with Sage. Since then, everyone we have spoken with at DWD has been very helpful and responsive to our various questions about Sage. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other associates.
