Absolutely avoid this company if you value professionalism, reliability, or even basic competence. It’s run like a dysfunctional family business—because it is. One of the so-called “leads” can barely give clear instructions, constantly slurs his words, and smells like he came straight from a bar. And instead of addressing serious issues, the owners protect each other and sweep everything under the rug. They cut corners, cheap out on materials, and act like doing the bare minimum is some kind of favor. Zero accountability. Zero standards. There are far better HVAC companies out there—don’t waste your time or money here.

We called Monaghan Mechanical because our AC was not cooling the home properly. Tony checked the unit and found it was freezing up from low refrigerant. It was discovered at that time that it used the old style refrigerant. We then had lots of questions and Tony answered all of them as we weighed our choices. Memories of our first home heater issues in the winter of 2015 came to mind. Monaghans did such a great job resolving those issues that we decided to have both the AC and Heater replaced in this home. Tony and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent install. We are very pleased with their friendly and well informed service technicians and installers. We recommend them highly for any HVAC issues. My wife and I were very impressed with the fabricated holder they built to house the paperwork. Monaghan Mechanical is the best in my humble opinion. Frank L Weaver III
