I’m glad I went with Modern Exterior for my chimney flashing job. Their team of professionals were great to work with. The job was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after the work was done. The experience from getting the quote, all the way to the finish product has me determined to use them again for future work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of exterior repairs.

I absolutely loved working with them. They were able to quickly come out to diagnose the issue and worked with me on a date to start the project. Pricing was wonderful, and they were upfront with all potential complications. I knew going in that the weather would impact how quickly the project could be done, but I wasn't worried in the slightest because they communicated so well. We had scheduled the repair and a few days before, we were hit with the -40° cold front. We rescheuled and the weather still got in the way. Overall great experience. From the very detailed estimate with various pictures and explanations to a thorough walk through of my options, to the actual process of taking off the old shingles and replacing with new, they took great care of me.

Beyond amazing workmanship and professionalism. I was very impressed from the very first meeting with Matt. The proposal was timely and competitive. The workmen were fast and numerous so the job went quickly. They kept the site tidy and were responsive to any questions. All new house siding, windows/door trim and new service entry door to the garage. A big shout out to John the crew manager for his crew and his responsiveness. My experience with Modern Exteriors started with Darren. He was a friendly guy and gave me a great quote. Once I paid the deposit the work was scheduled quickly. All my interactions with the company were friendly and professional. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up meticulously. I will use again.
