When they began the installation, they ran into more work than expected, work that I know added extra costs for their team. Despite that, they remained professional, handled everything seamlessly, and never charged us a penny more. The new windows look fantastic, and the results speak for themselves!! Our very first electric bill was about $100 lower than usual! I couldn’t be happier with the quality, service, and savings. Even when calling into the office with questions and concerns, Katlin answered politely and professionally. The installation was carried out by a father and son team over three days, during which they removed and installed all the windows with exceptional discretion, politeness, and professionalism. Their cleanup was outstanding, with careful plastic sheeting to contain dust during installation and pre-preparation.
