I cannot say enough good things about Model Shoe Repair in Berkeley! They are true artisans who brought my vintage Louis Vuitton and Gucci crossbody bags back to life. For my Louis Vuitton, they flawlessly replaced a broken zipper—smooth, sturdy, and as if it were always there. For my Gucci, they fabricated an entirely new strap to replace the cracked original. The color match is phenomenal—you honestly wouldn’t know it isn’t the original strap. Both bags were not only repaired but also beautifully conditioned and refurbished; they look better than I ever imagined possible. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care they put... I cannot say enough good things about Model Shoe Repair in Berkeley! I wanted to take pair of my favorite sandals on a month-long trip, but only when I went to pack did I realize what terrible shape they were in! Model Shoe Renew was able to resole and add a new instep to the shoes in one day. It wasn't cheap, but the price was fair, the craftsmanship excellent, and the folks friendly .They look like totally new shoes!

WOW! I brought in a pair of Docs that I thought were nearly unsalvageable, they couldn’t have done a better job. My jaw was on the floor when they brought them out. Very quick turnaround and incredibly reasonable price for the work they did.

Great repair and new soles on my Justin's! Really brought them back to life. Also fixed the stitching on the Thorogood work boots and has held up very well.
