Absolutely amazing work. Excellent customer service. I called the owner and he missed my call but returned it within two minutes. He immediately diagnosed what was wrong with my phone and fixed it in about 40 minutes while I went to get a coffee and breakfast. Price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this gentleman’s store, and I’m really happy to be able to support a black owned business. 10/10 experience

I have gotten my phone screen repaired by them multiple times (I drop it a lot). Every time the service has been super fast, the staff are very friendly and the price is great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs phone repair.

My screen went black and it was Saturday around 3. Lucky for me the awesome people at Izzytech are open on Saturdays and repaired my screen in 45 minutes. Very friendly and super convenient. I highly recommend you give them a try!!

worst phone repair I have ever paid for. I brought a s21ultra Samsung in for a screen replacement and back glass. I told them I wanted genuine Samsung parts. they said they could do it by Tuesday. I brought the phone in. On Thursday they called me to say they could not get a genuine screen and that they had a top of the line generic screen. given that I had already waited 2 more days then when they stated it would be done I was q bit annoyed to say the least. he also mentioned that the back glass was only available in black. fast forward to Friday I picked up my phone. #1 the back glass is now plastic #2 it is a generic brand and the Samsung... Izzy replaced my phone screen (wasn't shattered but was nonfunctional w a lot of pixel death) within 45 minutes for cheaper than it would have been to replace through my service provider (WITH insured protection), saving me from losing content that wasn't backed up & being without a phone for a few days. He even had the forethought to apply a screen protector so it wouldn't happen again so easily. His store is clean & organized, and he provides personable & professional service.
