I have a z fold 5 that has a screen protector that is on there when you get the phone. They priced me a whole new screen for 641(around there) to replace the whole screen, saying that it's usually the screen and that a new protector wouldn't help. I took a chance and changed the screen protector( it was like a regular screen protector), and it is fine. I did research, and I was surprised that they wanted to charge me for a new replacement screen just to put on a new screen protector. edit to owner: why would I go in and "it fixed" when the person over the phone already acted like he was going to charge me for a full screen replacement?
