If I could give ZERO stars I would. Bag 1: Brought in brand new bag to fix a tiny scuff - completely ruined the bag. Bag 2: Brought in purse to clean closure - work not done. Bag 3: Cut a leather lace in half, barely able to cut a straight line and did not finish ends. Absolutely horrific job. If you value your leather goods, go elsewhere.
Thank you Rose! She replaced my broken zipper, and dyed my black leather jacket. This is a special jacket to me and, I didnt want to leave it with just anyone! The job was finished by the promise time. *Rose works from home. Call and make an appointment. She only works with appointments.
Could not be happier with Rose and Minneapolis Leather Repair. Rose was responsive, thorough, and clearly skilled at her craft. The work I needed done was adding a 2-way zipper to my new Vanson. She offered very fair pricing, and was also flexible on payment method. I will be returning for all additional leather needs in the future.
Rose did a fantastic job repairing my high end leather jacket. Looks like it was never even damaged! Highly recommend if you need any leather repair work done. Pricing & timing was excellent as well.
